DRP is our signature, high-energy, low-impact workout. It blends classic Pilates principles with Ten’s refinements and functional training techniques for strength, mobility, and endurance. Sessions are designed to challenge stabilising muscles to fatigue for fast, effective results. All in a safe and controlled environment.

Our studios feature curated lighting, music, and scent to create an enhanced workout experience, and our expert Ten Academy graduate coaches provide personalised guidance for every fitness level.

Not at all! tenreformer is for every body. Our Focus classes are perfect for beginners or anyone returning after a break, while Move and Burn offer progressively more intensity.
Each tenreformer session delivers a completely different workout format and atmosphere. By combining tailored lighting, music, cues, tempo and even scent, we’ve created three disctint formats – all designed for every body but with different goals and outcomes.
Focus – Build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the Reformer at your own pace.
Move – A faster, more dynamic session for strength and stability.
Burn – Our toughest class, designed to ignite strength and endurance.
Sessions typically include 16–25 members, depending on the studio you’re visiting. Regardless, you can expect a high energy, social vibe while getting personalised coach support throughout.
Wear any comfortable workout clothes you can move easily in, whatever makes you feel most confident. For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required, so bring a pair or pick some up at the studio. Don’t forget your water and a sense of humour – we don’t take ourselves too seriously here.
Every new member’s first class is free so you can experience tenreformer without pressure, beyond your first session you can join the community via a membership or keep it casual with a pack of class credits. For safety and insurance reasons, we can’t accommodate children in the studio or lounge areas during classes.
We love dogs! Well-behaved pups are welcome in the lounge area at the discretion of the Studio Manager – please check in advance. For safety and hygiene, dogs aren’t allowed in the workout studio itself. Service animals are always welcome.
We recommend at least twice a week to really feel the benefits and see steady progress. That said, it’s completely up to you, life can be hectic, and we understand that! At tenreformer, we work with real people living real, busy lives, so whether you come once a week or more often, you’ll always be welcomed and supported.
Use our Mindbody app or website to reserve a spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but booking ahead guarantees your place.
Cancel at least 12 hours before your class to avoid losing your credit. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to book in and keeps our classes full and coaches happy.
For everyone’s safety and to respect other members and our coaches, we have a strict five-minute early policy. Studio doors close at the scheduled class start time and once the session begins and the red-light glows, you can’t join in.
This ensures the session runs smoothly, first-timers get the proper introduction, and no one’s workout is disrupted. Please plan to arrive a little early to check in, settle, and enjoy the full experience.
We offer monthly memberships options to suit different lifestyles and goals. From 4, 8 or 12 credits per month, with different minimum terms and price points, there’s something for everyone. See our memberships on the studio page for more info.
Memberships can be set up online, in Studio or over the phone.
Our memberships are designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.
For monthly Memberships, all we ask from you is a minimum 3/6/12 month commitment depending on your membership tier:
T1 – 4 per month: 3-month minimum commitment
T2 – 8 per month: 6 months commitment
T3 - 12 per month: 12 month minimum commitment
We ask for 30 days’ notice of termination. This can be done via the app and followed up in writing to the studio.
Although the monthly memberships entitle you to a set number of classes per month, advance booking allows you to book scheduled classes in upcoming months. Please note, you will need to have an active monthly membership to attend advance booked classes.

Yes, we will always return your class credit if we have cancelled a class last minute.
You can buy top-up classes in Studio. There is no limit to the number of top-up classes you can buy, but please note, these classes have a 4-week expiry period.

Yes, you can freeze your membership for 30 days a year in one block, excluding our founders membership. You have the option after your minimum commitment period has passed to terminate and reactivate your membership if you need to freeze for longer.
Absolutely! You can invite your mate to join you in your class at the point of checkout when you book into a class. If they’re new to tenreformer, they can join for free. If they’ve been before, they can join you in the same session using their membership credits. Pilates is way more fun together.
Our expert coaches can adapt exercises for many injuries, please check with your healthcare provider first and let your coach know about any injuries before your session begins.
We’re currently unable to accommodate pregnant participants safely in our classes. If you would like to attend expert led pre and post-natal sessions, please check out our sister business Ten Health and Fitness.
